About Me

I've been a self employed professional Dog Walker/Pet Sitter since 2003. After many years in the business I started offering pet care consultation services and advice through "Ask The Dog Walker". A natural progression was for me to start sharing my experiences and knowledge with a broader audience via an "Ask The Dog Walker" Blog. 

If you are considering a new pet or have one in the home that is presenting issues I can help you navigate various behavior problems and pet care conundrums, advise you on how to find a certified Dog Trainer (as well as what to expect - and what NOT to expect - from the dog training experience) and provide all manner of advice and guidance to anyone considering a new pet or anyone who has recently obtained a new pet. I offer in-person private and group consultations (NY Tri-State area only) and long distance consults via email, phone or SKYPE.

I currently live with my 15-year old MaltiPoo Cosette, my 12-year old Orange Tabby Lilly and a new addition to the home, Pebbles the Tortoise-Shell kitten. Pebbles is a terror. But we love her.
